Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

CreatorLink.bio is operated by:

"We", "us" and "our" mean that business. "You" means the person or organisation holding the account. If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. The service

CreatorLink.bio shortens URLs, adds your affiliate parameters to them automatically, hands mobile clicks to native apps where possible, generates QR codes, and reports click statistics. Short links are served from creatorlink.bio and crl.bio. We may add, change or retire individual features; if we retire something you rely on, we will say so in advance by email.

3. Your account

• You need a Google account to sign in. Keep it secure: anything done through your session is treated as done by you.
• You must be at least 16 years old.
• One person or business, one account. Creating accounts to collect free credits repeatedly is a breach of these terms.
• The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.

4. Credits and pricing

• One credit creates one short link. Clicks, statistics, QR codes and destination changes cost nothing extra.
• New accounts get 10 free credits. No card required, and they never expire.
• Credits are prepaid and do not expire. They stay on your account for as long as the account exists.
• Prices are shown in euro. Consumers in the EU see the final price including VAT; business customers can enter a VAT number at checkout and are invoiced accordingly. Tax is calculated by Stripe based on your location.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card details. A receipt is issued for every purchase.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not a payment instrument.
• If we discontinue the service, we will give at least 60 days' notice and refund unused purchased credits on request.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw from it, without giving a reason and without penalty.

Credits are digital content supplied immediately. At checkout you are asked to confirm two things: that you want the credits made available straight away, and that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once they have been supplied and used. This follows art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code.

In practice:

• You have not used any of the purchased credits: you get a full refund within 14 days of your request.
• You have used some of them: you are refunded for the unused portion, in proportion to what remains.
• You have used all of them: the supply is complete and the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

To withdraw, write to support@creatorlink.bio from the address on your account, or use any clear statement of your decision. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request.

6. Refunds outside the withdrawal period

Beyond the 14 days, we refund unused credits when the service did not work as described — for example a prolonged outage, or a feature that was advertised and does not function. Write to us and explain what happened; we would rather refund a disappointed customer than argue about it. We do not refund credits already spent on links that were created and worked.

7. Acceptable use

You are responsible for every destination you point a short link at. You may not use the service for:

• Phishing, impersonation, or any attempt to obtain credentials or payments by deception
• Malware, unwanted software, or harmful downloads
• Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or traffic schemes
• Content that is illegal where it is published, including infringing material and illegal goods or services
• Adult content, gambling, or anything requiring age verification we cannot provide
• Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting individuals
• Disguising the destination of a link in order to mislead the person clicking it
• Circumventing the rules of an affiliate programme, or generating clicks and conversions artificially

Automated use of the service must respect our rate limits and must not degrade it for others. Anyone can report a link at creatorlink.bio/abuse or by writing to abuse@creatorlink.bio. Reports are reviewed within one business day, and confirmed abuse is disabled immediately.

8. Your links

• The destination, the content behind it and the affiliate relationships are yours. We claim no rights over them.
• Short codes on our domains are assigned to you for as long as your account exists. We can reclaim a code that infringes a trademark, impersonates someone, or was reserved in bad faith.
• You can change a link's destination at any time; the short code and its click history stay the same.
• Deleting a link, or your account, stops it resolving immediately — including everywhere you already published it. That cannot be undone.
• You are responsible for complying with the rules of the affiliate programmes you use, including their disclosure requirements.

9. Availability

We aim to keep redirects working continuously and treat any interruption to them as the most serious kind of failure. We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a failure at one of our providers. If an outage materially affects you, tell us and we will make it right in credits or money.

10. Suspension and closure

We may disable a specific link, or suspend an account, when there is a substantiated reason to believe these terms have been breached — most often an abuse report about a destination. Where the circumstances allow, we tell you first; for active phishing or malware we act immediately and explain afterwards.

You can close your account whenever you like, from Settings. If we close an account that was not in breach, we refund the unused credits. If we close it for a serious breach, unused credits are forfeited.

11. Data protection

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Where we process click data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement applies and forms part of these terms. You can export your data or delete your account from Settings at any time.

12. Intellectual property

The software, design and content of CreatorLink.bio belong to us and are protected by Italian and international law. You get the right to use the service, not to copy or resell it. We will not use your name, logo or brand in our marketing unless you tell us we can, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.

13. Warranties and liability

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that affiliate parameters will be accepted by every merchant, or that any particular level of earnings will follow from using it.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability towards you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost affiliate commissions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected by this section.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For minor corrections we update the page and the date at the top. For changes that affect your rights or what you pay, we notify you by email at least 30 days in advance; if you do not accept them you can close your account and receive a refund of your unused credits.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. For business customers, the courts of Reggio Emilia, Italy have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your own place of residence.

Please write to support@creatorlink.bio first: most disputes are a misunderstanding and we answer within two business days. Consumers may also turn to an alternative dispute resolution body under Part V, Title II-bis of the Italian Consumer Code. The European Commission's ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
